Mat Rules

  1. Treat people as you would like to be treated.

  2. No shoes on the mat.

  3. Please wear shoes when you are off the mat.

  4. If you have any illness that can be passed to others, stay home and rest.

  5. Do not leave a mess. Pick up after yourself.
